We accept all major credit cards, ACH, PayPal, bank transfers, checks, digital wallet payments (Apple/Google), and various payment apps (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). For more information on payment types, contact our office directly.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, there is a minimum order value for wholesale orders. MOQ cannot be less than $250. This amount ensures you get optimum value for your money and the whole discount for the investment you are making.
4. As a US-based business, how do I know if I qualify for wholesale pricing?
In order to qualify, you must be registered as a reseller. During the application process, you will be asked to submit either resale license certificate or tax exemption as proof that you have the permit to resell goods. Applications that don’t have the necessary documentation will not be approved.
5. Can I order samples before making a large purchase?
Certainly! We will gladly provide product samples so you can personally assess the quality of our goods before you distribute them further to your customers.
6. How soon will my order be processed?
We aim to process and ship within two business days. However, keep in mind that exact processing time depends on order size and specific items ordered. It is always advised to order goods in advance, especially during holidays and high season, in order to avoid tight deadlines.
