We offer free U.S. shipping on retail orders of $89 or more. Please note that wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only and is shipped via economy service. Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Every effort is made to ship domestic orders within 2 business days. International and wholesale orders may vary based on the location and quantity of the products. Hemptique will ship in the most economical way possible for your order. If you require something faster, please inform your account rep when your order is placed. There may be increased shipping charges for more expedient shipping.
Returns
Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, unused and resalable condition. Apparel may be tried on for fit but must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration or use. All returns are inspected, and items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Consider that our products are mostly handmade and may have color and size variances depending on which product.
